WORKS > Suburban RED

This artwork was produced to be some of the many images that don the walls of the character's bedroom. I was thinking about the walls of a teenager plastered with rock posters and such and then decided that the images could at once appear to be posters but on closer inspection are actually scenes from my childhood. These drawings in black, white and red are drawn using family snapshots as reference. This allows for the artist's life to be further displayed within the mise en scene.
